Colloquio
The entire interview process took more than 4 weeks (inluding online assessment). No large breaks were in between the respective processsteps, still a reasonable amount of prep time was granted. Feedback was given on the next working day.
After the online application, I was invited to an online numeric test ( 18 questions - 25 minutes).
Afterwards, I was invited to two personal interviews with one Senior Consultant each.
The interviews were equally set up:
1. My CV
2. Some behavioural questions
3. Case
Interviews and Cases were both fair!
Got a phone call the working day afterwards by one of the interviewing consultants.

The interview process consists of an initial round of brief introductory questions, followed by a presentation in English that candidates are expected to prepare in advance, and a case study. This entire process is conducted twice, each time with different consultants.

Warum ist Simon Kucher der richtige Ort für mich um zu wachsen
Das Bewerbungsverfahren bestand aus zwei Gesprächsrunden. Die erste Runde war ein klassisches HR-Interview mit Fragen zu Motivation, Lebenslauf und Erwartungen an das Praktikum. In der zweiten Runde folgte ein Case Interview mit Fokus auf Marktgröße, Pricing-Strategie und strukturiertem Denken. Besonders wichtig war es, strukturiert vorzugehen, Hypothesen aufzustellen und die eigene Denkweise klar zu kommunizieren. Der Gesprächston war insgesamt professionell, aber sehr freundlich und offen.

Smooth and down to earth, really friendly and professional. Fast transitions and interesting case examples with graphs. Nothing bad to say plus had great engagement feedback and back and forth
