I went through quite a few rounds. for this role (maybe 5 all in?), shared work, and was asked to analyze a data set and present my findings. It was a major time commitment considering I didn't get the offer in the end. That said, everyone I met was pleasant and the recruiter was friendly and relatively prompt.
