The interview process was done in a very professional and efficient way. It involves 3 stages - telephone interview with recruiting team, face-to-face interview with supervisor/manger who you will report to, and reference check. The recruiting team was very helpful and professional. I didn't have to question what would be happen next as they would give a brief verbal explanation of what is expected about the interview step by step in each stage of the process. Then they will email you relevant information with clear explanation about what to expect for the next step. I was very impressed with the interview process not only because it was efficiently and professionally conducted but I also felt very welcomed by everyone who I have interacted with.

Phone screen interview followed by invitation to interview in person. The interview was based on past work experience and competency skills. Finished up with drafting two sample emails to help customers.
