Interview Experience – Disappointing Interaction with the director Manager I had an interview with someone named Tal - Afg. Unfortunately, the experience was completely unprofessional. The interview started late, and when the manager joined, he appeared on camera dressed homewear pant and had his feet up on the desk. For the first five minutes, there was no engagement—he seemed distracted and was focused on his phone rather than the conversation. When the interview did begin, he quickly dismissed my experience in relation to the salary I had requested, without much discussion or effort to understand my background. The tone felt dismissive and disinterested throughout. While the rest of the team I interacted with seemed professional and welcoming, this particular interaction was disappointing and ultimately led me to decline the offer. I share this to give others insight into what to potentially expect—it’s always worth researching the full team before making a decision.
