30 minute telephone interview, followed by on-site coding test and followup Q&A.
I was informed by the recruiter that the telephone interview would be a general chat about my work experience. But it turned out to be technical interview and some conceptual questions were asked. It was a friendly interview.
For onsite test, I was made to wait about 10-15 minutes before someone came to receive me. Further 10 minutes were spent in finding a meeting room (They were apologetic about it all the time). Meeting room was not booked for more time so they could not carry on my coding test further.
Later I was mob interviewed by anyone and everyone who was interested, but no one, it seemed, had come prepared for interview. They were looking at each other when given an opportunity to ask a question.
Across all three stages, quite a few questions were repeated.
In all, it was disorganised, chaotic and immature interview process.
To top it all, the recruited went completely cold after the interview and did not give outcome or acknowledgment of my messages for 4 days.
After which he got back with no offer for reasons which did not seem true.
There is a scope for a lot of improvement.

Depth of expertise - Interviewer asks you to take them through your recent project and dives deep into few sections. Questions were majorly around Scale, Performance monitoring and things to improve.

Colloquio
Very pleasant interview process. It is a 3 step process, the first part speaking about a project you've worked on. Then followed by 2 back to back interviews: a system design interview and a culture fit.
You don't interview with anyone with the team throughout the whole process. But I believe they give you the chance to speak to the manager of the team if they make an offer.
There was no programming exercise which I found refreshing and nice.

Nice and easy interview process. 1 screening round, system design and behavioural round. System design round went well. I came to know behavioural had lower scoring but then turned out positive.
