The whole process took slightly longer than 1 month.
Every stage of the interview is arranged by a different person, so in the end you lose track of whom you have said what.
Every time that person would disappear for a week right in the middle of the conversation, so every time you have to remind them you are still there. I don't know if this is a test for perseverance but you do get an impression that they hardly care about you and always have more important stuff to do.
Part of the negative impression was that they hardly gave me any chance to ask questions about the company (was I supposed to learn everything about them from their blog??). When I was given the possibility to ask questions, I didn't not always get direct answers. It kind of feels they want you to simply believe their official promo materials, and not question how the things work in reality.
They stressed a lot how fast they are in giving feedback, and even made some promises about the date when the feedback would be available, however, it took them a week before they even contacted me about it. What happened actually is that after one week they asked me whether I was available for the phone call. I replied that they can contact me for the next 2 hours, then stayed in the office for those extra 2 hours just to be in the quiet place for the call. No one called and I didn't hear from them for the next 2 weeks until I got an email this time asking *me* to give the feedback on their recruiting process.
So to summarize, it had been 3 weeks that I was waiting for my feedback that never arrived, when I received the mail asking my feedback on how they did. This was just over the top for me, at that moment I felt very disrespected and lost any will to consider applying for this company in the future.
Depth of expertise - Interviewer asks you to take them through your recent project and dives deep into few sections. Questions were majorly around Scale, Performance monitoring and things to improve.

Very pleasant interview process. It is a 3 step process, the first part speaking about a project you've worked on. Then followed by 2 back to back interviews: a system design interview and a culture fit.
You don't interview with anyone with the team throughout the whole process. But I believe they give you the chance to speak to the manager of the team if they make an offer.
There was no programming exercise which I found refreshing and nice.

Nice and easy interview process. 1 screening round, system design and behavioural round. System design round went well. I came to know behavioural had lower scoring but then turned out positive.
