It was by far one of my best interview experiences for me. Slalom Employees really live up to the brand the Company has built over these years and it's no wonder that they are constantly awarded as one of the best places to work, every single year. Every interview was very well structured and well organised. Had multiple rounds of telephonic interviews with a distributed team. All the interviewers were well prepared and asked about relevant experiences and business use cases. They actively shared real life business problems and asked to share a high level solution to solve these problems. These open ended questions gave room for constructive discussion which was very valuable and enlightening. There were around three back to back On-site interviews, a technical followed by behavioural and cultural fit. All the leaders in the organisation are really smart professionals and technically very sound and knowledgable. There was something or the other either technically or professionally, which i learned throughout the interview process. My recruiter co-ordinated really well in each phase of the process and was always reachable and updated with the latest feedback from all my interviews. Couldn't have asked for anything more and I am really looking forward to proudly start working for such an amazing organisation.
