Teams interview with Head of TA. Asked about my background, reason for looking and salary requirement. Told me they would get back to me the following week. Then I was ghosted. Found out on LinkedIn they hired someone for the position. Didn’t even have the courtesy or too lazy to send an automated email that the position was filled.
