The process was fairly simple. There was a phone interview with the recruiter then I did a face to face with the area manager. I heard shortly after that and was made an offer.

There are set questions and most start with “tell me about a time when”. Keep stories handy to describe a failure you recovered from, a difficult employee and what accountability actions were taken, and leading a team where you didn’t quite hit the mark.

They send a lot of text messages for not call
I received the last text message before the interview. I waited until 2:30 pm to realize that the recruiter had not called was a bit confused I continued to wait 30 minutes more to find that the recruiter had not called. I didn't receive an email notification to reschedule the phone interview.
