1) Video interview with head of talent 2) video with co founder/president - Our chat went well, and he invited me to come into the office to meet with his co founder/ CEO in person the following week. 3) excellent conversations with Head of Ops, President and CEO. Even had a whiteboard sessions with them and show them few samples of my work. The President liked it so much that he asked to keep it, but I'm glad I took it with me especially with the outcome. The next day after the in-person, the CEO offered me a 3 month engagement, similar of a try before you buy. It wasn't ideal for me but I was keen on it. When I responded, I was ghosted. HR ignored the situation when I prompted and told me they didn't have feedback as they were going through other candidates. January comes along and they tell me they are looking for someone with Brick and Mortar, which left me extremely confused as the majority of my career was in that space. I love the company + team. These people are passionate & sharp. I had a decent experience, but the post-interview was a disappointing with the ghosting, and me initiating every follow up weekly.
