The interview went just fine. The questions were simply situational and you just have to share most of your experiences particularly on working with groups. The HR Officer gauges your ability on being a team player and a leader. The questions are all placed in a template so the questions are pretty the same for all the applicants. The interviewer speaks both english and filipino and that makes me more comfortable. However, the HR is still waiting for the reply from the department that I'll be working with.
