The interview process started very well and all the interviewers I met were very friendly. First I took an online assessment through Codility, which probably were LeetCode medium level, and then received the first round technical interview followed by one system design and one programming problem. After the weekend, I was informed of entering the second round technical interview followed by Android Specific questions and one programming problem, and notified to conduct the final round interview followed by behavior questions with manager and COO on the same day. About a week later, I got official offer letter. All in all, it was a very good interview experience.

Oh it was a mess! The process started with an invitation to a coding challenge, it was two algorithmic questions which was pretty tough and I did them both and they gave me feedback that showed I passed all the use cases! After this there was 4 rounds of interview! First one was with a Japanese Android developer who could barely talk English and I'm sure he did not understand a single word of mine! After one hour of nonsense talking another engineer who could at least talk English came in and asked me a few more questions about why I'm interested to join their company in Japan. They mailed me afterwards to plan next round, it started with speaking with another Japanese guy who started with the sentence: I trust my colleagues but I wanted to speak with you my self! He also had difficulties speaking English and could not understand my questions, next step was interviewing with another Engineer asking me about my intentions about joining their company. So all in all there was no clear plan of the next steps and after wasting my time they sent an email wishing me good luck in my job search without any specific feedbacks! Terrible experience
