call interview. We had video interview where I was asked pretty basic but solid questions. That helped me to spot my weak sides.
Also, the interviewer was really nice and polite to me.

The interview process was very smooth. It started with a recruiter reaching out to me on Linkedin. We had an introductory call where we discussed the company and my experience in general.
The next step was a technical interview with two developers, where we discussed various topics related to full stack development: databases, security, backend, frontend, etc. Another part of this stage was an interactive code review I was asked to perform on a small pull request (in javascript). I enjoyed the discussion we had about various aspects of software development, it didn't feel like an interview, but rather conversation.
The next stage was an on-site interview, and I went to Helsinki to meet the team in person and do another couple of interviews. There was a coding challenge in javascript, which I did together with a senior developer helping me through the process.
After the exercise we had a lunch with the team. Everyone was very friendly, I felt very welcome and got to know the guys I was supposed to work with.
The last stage was an interview with the manager which also went really well. We discussed one or two technical things, and spoke about relocation and life in Finland in general.
Due to some timing issues, I had another step in the process just before my flight: a call with the team lead which was on vacation during my on-site interview. It also went great, I understood that it would be nice to work with him.
After the interview I received an offer, and met with the recruiter again for a coffee just before my flight back home. My wife and I got to ask him some of the questions we had about our relocation, learned about the culture a bit and got a more complete picture of what to expect.
