2 rounds of interviews, brought into office to meet team leaders, and then back to meet creative directors. in house interviews, in small groups or one-on-one. it was a pleasant and casual environment, and gave me a good idea of what the team dynamic was. i would have no complaints about the interviewing process at this company.
