The interview process started with an HR screening over the phone. I was able to ask questions about the role and get an understanding of the interview process. Following the HR phone screen I spoke to the hiring manager for the role. Next was the in office interview. I met with 3 people in sales and had the opportunity to also meet with someone in marketing.

Opportunity presented by a recruiter. Interviews with VP of Sales in person. Advanced to half day interview with 8 individual interviews that included executives (HR, Marketing, Operations) and a good representation of the sales team including Sales representatives. Good exposure to the company. Questions were standard behavioral seeking questions ie. "tell me about a time when...". Entire process was not lengthy.
