It was basically come one come all- whoever shows up gets the job- especially if you meet diversity standards. Then they show you around and make it look like you're actually interviewing when if you want the job it's yours.

I applied online and got an email within a couple of days to set up a phone interview. The manager was super laid back and nice and seemed to genuinely care about the employees and the dogs. At the end of the phone interview I got offered to come in for a working interview. At the working interview I came in and talked to the assistant manager where she asked me questions about my experience and talked more about the position. After that I went with a trainer into one of the large play groups. They basically just want to see if you're passionate about dogs, feel like you can handle/enjoy the job, how well you can memorize dog names, and how well you can assert yourself within the group of dogs.
