The most unorganized interview process I have ever experienced. There was no initial phone screen for me to even consider the culture or roles. Instead my first call was with the hiring manager. The "recruiter" did not recruit but rather simply scheduled phone calls. At one point I didn't think she was an actual human until I found her LinkedIn to verify she was real. All I got were automated emails from Greenhouse. I was ghosted twice and finally after another request to interview I said "No thanks." The hiring manager did not appear to want to mentor or understand anything about my background. I was immediately turned off and was happy to move on.

Bad experience. Got ghosted after the 2nd Interview and needed to chase hiring manager even though I was described as "fantastic candidate". For this reason the experience was disappointing and the recruitment process needs improving
