Seemed chaotic. They emailed saying they would be in touch at a certain time, I had to reach out to check and then got offered an online interview with 2 days notice. Was sent interview questions in the afternoon before a noon interview the next day which is not really enough time to properly prepare. Some employer responses especially around DEI were insufficient. I then didn't hear from them for over a month and had to again reach out for response on whether I had been unsuccessful. They said the email got stuck in their outbox.
