Er is steeds een eerste gesprek met de HR-verantwoordelijke, daarna volgt een vervolggesprek met een teamlead van de afdeling en een collega. In de laatste fase krijg je een gesprek met de CEO van Sofico Belgie.

Het sollicitatieproces bestaat uit 4 rondes.
Tijdens de eerste ronde spreek je met iemand van HR en een mogelijke collega. De tweede ronde bestaat uit testen (inductief, verbaal, numeriek). Een derde ronde gaat door met de business unit manager. De laatste ronde is met de general manager.
