Sign One: read a lot of bad reviews of the company, not only on glass door but other sites.
Sign Two: An interview was setup rapidly after applying .
Sign Three: The interview was a lady from upper states, beside from the normal questions about work history, and skills. She asked inappropriate questions.
I stop the interview process there.

I applied for this job online, and I got to a page where I was able to schedule my interview date and time online. I came in for my initial interview and met with a Hiring Manager who asked me about my previous job experience and what my career goals were. The interview was relatively short, but I was able to highlight my strengths and felt good about it. Several days later, I was scheduled for a second interview. There were other applicants in my second interview, as SoftRock was hiring a handful of people for the position. During the second interview I learned about the company, the job and what it was like to work for SoftRock. A few current employees shared their experiences at the company and answered questions. Each applicant was also asked to share a bit about themselves with the group. Again, I felt good about what I had to say, so I wasn’t too surprised when I was invited to the third and final interview, where I was given new hire paperwork to fill out. After completing the entire interview process, I started training, which lasted for two weeks, was paid and involved a lot of hands-on learning. During training the managers were very helpful and it was clear that they wanted us to do well. I officially started in my position after training and am enjoying it so far.
