Eerste gesprek, welke met de recruiter was die mij benaderd heeft. Hierna volgde een capactiteitentest waar een bepaalde score behaald diende te worden. Na deze succesvol afgerond te hebben volgde een tweede gesprek met een unit manager van de test divisie.

Le processus de recrutement est à la fois formel et informel. Personne bienveillante et à l'écoute. Responsable RH met très à l'aise du début à la fin. Je recommande !

Got a DM on LinkedIn, sent my CV, went to their office. They were nice and all, but turned out that they were looking for someone certified, which I am not. It felt disappointing and a waste of everyones' time.

Average.. Phone call.. Technical interview.. Tests.. Hr round.Leadership question. It was easy and whole process took 3 weeks. They also share feedback after all the process. Overall it was quick and easy.
