I travelled over three hours to attend the interview , where I was asked to summarise the “Office for Students (OfS)” data and present insights using Power BI. I prepared thoroughly and delivered the presentation as requested. Despite the significant time and effort invested, I received only a generic rejection email with no feedback. I followed up with the hiring manager more than twice requesting comments, but no response was provided. Given the nature of the task and the expectations placed on candidates, offering even brief feedback would have been both reasonable and respectful.
