The interview process I participated in was an open audition. The group was led through a 15 min workout then each candidate performed a 2 min audition leading the group through a workout.

Large emphasis on availability and holiday availability.
Applied online, submitted a video audition, had an expectations call, and then was notified I was accepted. After that you go through a training process - you are not guaranteed to pass but you are supported throughout the process and set up for success
