The interview consisted of three separate interviews. My initial interview was with the store manager at the location where I initially submitted an application. My next step was a phone interview with the district manager who did not live in the area. She then had me interview with the store manager at the location that was in need of an assistant as there were no positions available at the location to which I originally applied.

Same as anywhere. No trick questions. Just why do you want to work here, what is your experience. I met my new manager at a local coffee shop. The store had not opened yet so it was fun to set it up as well. If you have retail experience it should be no problem to get a job at Soma.
