Contacted by recruiter to interview at office (Indianapolis). Laid back/relaxing interview with 2 different partners for ~30 minutes each. Received offer within a couple days after interviews. Negotiation: They made a very competitive offer, as it was on par with what the big national firms are paying interns. After comparing, I chose Somerset because they appear to have most of the resources a large national firm has to offer, while maintaining a friendly, team-oriented working environment the office politics of bigger firms struggle to match. Also a nice location.

I interviewed on campus one year and didn't get another. Interviewed in their office the following year after attending one of their leadership program and no offer. Overall I thought the interviews were pretty hard.
