I sent my resume to the email address provided. After taking a personality test, a Skype interview was scheduled. They changed it from Skype to a conference call and then back to Skype. They rescheduled my interview too. Throughout the process, they continued posting the position on Quirks making me think I wasn't hired. I am still waiting to hear back. At the end of Skype, they asked for a writing sample. I did not enjoy meeting with the CEO and president as the CEO was especially rude to me making snide remarks about my facial expressions the whole time. To be honest, I am not interested in moving for a company with less than 15 employees, especially not when the CEO is as snobby as she was and acted condescending towards me. I can already see myself not fitting in there. Cutting my losses.
