The selection process consists of 5-step interviews, the one that especially caught my attention is the last one with CEO. It makes me feel the company shows up to be transparent, friendly and relaxed. I had the opportunity to get the first interview to get to know the company, culture and the potential team I would be working with. The recruiter sounded very close and friendly, but also seemed to be in rush to get all the info and also provide the information about the company. On this first interview I was already suggested to do a quick Python test.
