A recruiter contacted me by email to apply for one position remote, we schedule an initial meeting to talk more about it. That meeting was good, the recruiter told me about the job, the skills and years of experience required, and so on. After that, he asked me if I want to continue the selection process, which consist of two more interviews: - The first one, was a technical interview (it is an online assessment) using an online platform (Coderbyte) - The second one told me that is an English test. - The final was going to be an interview with the client. He told me that once received the link to the assessment I was going to have 4 days to start it, and once started I was going to have 4 hours to finish it. The problems are like a Leetcode, and Codeforces problems. After completing the online assessment, it is full of Ghosting behavior. I didn't receive any feedback or emails from the recruiter. I reach him again to talk about my process and I didn't receive a response, it is very disappointing.
