Had a great phone interview with the recruiter. I came back for a second round of interviews with 7 people at three different times. The first round was with four admins who really didn't know what to do or ask me, so I did all the talking and asked the questions. The second round was with two ladies, one who was thrown into the interview, no knowing she was participating and fatigue from her flight they other to also ask questions, the third round was with the executive that the role supported, he was great and pleasant.
