Two phone calls from corporate and then interviews with all three managers. The interview was fairly easy. even though it is intimiidating with all the managers asking you questions from left to right. After I was interviewed I received a phone call two days later and accepted the job offer.Just stay confident and be honest and the interview will go very well for you. From what I remember the interview was only 10 minutes long and at a hotel in Coral Gables, FL. Since the studio was not open yet.

Easy and quick. They let me take a ride and then I interviewed with the manager. Questions were open-ended and just about my general abilities and willingness to work. From start to finish, it was a simple process and I got the job fairly quickly after the interview.
Quick virtual interview. Spoke to manager and assistant manager on my experience, why I would like to work at soul, and mostly my schedule and availability. Interview was conversation style.
