The process was very transparent. They list it publicly on their website. It consisted of 2 hiring manager conversations, a sales exercise, values interview, interview with the customer engineering team, and an executive interview with the VP of sales.
The recruiting team is very communicative and they were able to accommodate my somewhat tight timelines. Because Sourcegraph is transparent, you can really dig in and have some great conversations. The interview process was part of the reason I ended up joining!

HR reached out a few hours after seeing my profile. It went down hill from there, very rude, uninformed and one of the most unprofessional interactions I've had thus far.
