Due to COVID-19, the primary interview was conducted over the phone. The three interviewers asked very thorough questions and drove me to answer them folly, while still maintaining a professional and courteous environment where I was in charge of the length of the interview. I had many opportunities to ask questions about employee life, schedules, benefits, career progress opportunities,etc. Eventually, I was able to visit the power generation site and meet with one of the interviewers and a couple other engineers; this day was primarily a chance for them to get to know me personally, but also a chance for me to ask in-depth questions in person. I came out of both interviews feeling well-interviewed, as well as asking solid questions and receiving meaningful responses. After the in-person meeting, I felt quite confident I would receive an offer.
