Interviewed with recruiter for thirty minutes over the phone and then a hiring manager for an hour via phone.made it through those two interviews and I had two more test assessments before the final on site. I didn’t think the job was a right fit, five interviews seems excessive anyways but I accepted another offer and declined to finish the interview process. I had a good discussion with the recruiter on my background, interests and I still believe they just wanted to fill a spot regardless as long as the candidate is ok putting in 50-100 hours a week and pulling a 36 hour shift here and there. That last part wasn’t sarcastic it was actually mentioned.

First round was Screen with Recruiter, mostly questions about experience to see if you are fit for the role. Second round was Technical Screen with Lead Engineer, both questions nitpicking resume and rapid fire EE fundamentals questions.
