The only issue with the interview process is it’s hierarchical structure, feels like you are defeating bosses every level with no end in sight. If anyone on the team has any reservation your chances of going through are extremely reduced.

1 call with hiring manager, followed by 1 call with the engineering lead. Hiring manager interview was non technical and mostly administrative. In the second interview I was asked to discuss one of my projects and questions were asked as to why I made certain choices. Followed by a discussion on developing inspection and test parameters for various materials.

Tell me about a project and how you solved a problem?
Smooth and easy. Can be a little intimidating they asked for gpa even if you graduated long time ago. Overall wasn’t too bad if you come prepared and research the company.

Describe how your previous experience pertains to the job
Only made it to first interview. Was asked to describe in detail my research experience, but was continuously told to speed up. Despite this being an entry position, he wasn't impressed that I had no production experience and it ended there.
