I applied for the Junior Software Developer position, but hadn't heard anything back after 10 days, so I called them. The woman on the phone suggested applying for another position, so I applied for the Women in Tech role. Over a week after applying for that role, I got invited for a telephone interview. The next day I spoke to someone on the phone to discuss what I thought was the Women in Tech role, but it apparently was for the Junior Software Developer position. After his quick speel on the phone, he said that he would email me the online assessment. I haven't received anything despite emailing them that I hadn't been sent anything. That was days ago. I don't like being messed about, so I'm not going to involve myself with this company any further.
