The second interview process includes going to the field with one of the top reps in the office. After meeting the interviewer they went over the advancement structure and explained pay. I was able to go and see what they do on a day to day basis so that I could make up my decision first hand. This part of the interview is where I was able to experience exactly what working for the company would look like. I loved being able to interact with people and even though we experienced some nos we were able to close a sale in the first few customers. I loved the advancement opportunities, and I saw real room to grow as an individual as well. Definitely realized I would be pushed past my comfort zone, but that is what made me most excited about the position!!!
