3 rounds - Culture, Skills and Leadership. Skills was based on a presentation deck and questions were based on that scenario. Took 6 weeks for the entire process. Had to follow-up with the HR for the results. Based on the conversation, it would have been a great place to work for.

There is an initial phone interview, then a split, in-person interview with the CMO and direct supervisor and the general team. For this specific position, there was a writing/editing test, but not one that supplied them with free work, simply an approach to a template. Overall, a decent and transparent process with respectable response times.
