I was called by the office manager who informed me that they'd like me to come in for an interview. I arrived at the office and was brought into a room with the office manager who asked very few questions and dismissed me, they're typically desperate for new hires. I have also been told that they typically do a second interview with a typing speed/accuracy test, however that did not happen for me.

The hiring process took about 3 weeks. First I got a phone call from HR telling me about the position and scheduled an interview. Then, I had an interview with an HR representative which was more like a conversation rather than an interview. They asked me to write out a memo. Finally, I was asked to come in for a second interview with the COO of the company. The interview questions were mostly all extracted from my resume.
