Well structured. Came with questions prepared to standardise applicants and also very open to answering all of my questions. Very polite, engaged and would interview with them again in the future.

They asked me specific questions relating to my CV eg. was there any other projects that were from discovery to launch or are a lot just parts?
I had a 2 stages interview. One with hiring manager and the other with a director for the area. I will say It was a very fairly standard interview questions and process
Telephone then face to face. Both of which were interview style events and were informal, in stage q and formal in stage 2. That was it and then I received a job offer and accepted
