Had an interview with an account executive, then a surprise interview with the CEO, then a one-hour press release test that you could either do in-person or at home. Then waited about a day or two before receiving an offer.

Very intense interview process for an intern. After I submitted my application and writing samples I had an initial Skype interview since I was living out of town at the time. Then I was given a test where I was asked to write a sample press release for a fictional client. After that I had a second round Skype interview and had to submit three references: professional, academic and personal. After that I went through the background check and signed the standard non-disclosures.

Domanda 1
There weren't as many behavioral or case questions as I expected or prepared for. It was more about my background and work experience, as well as why I wanted to work in PR, and specifically for Spector & Associates. I didn't feel like there were any trick questions, they were just genuinely interested in my past experience and interests.

I found an ad on linked in and applied by sending them my CV and cover letter. Heard back from them within a week. Had an hour skype interview with someone after which I was given an hour to write a press release concerning some information they had given me. They wrote me back the same day and asked me to come in for an interview. Interviewed with the VP and President - questions were about my interests and background to see if I would fit in with the office culture. Offered me the position and I took a week before accepting.
