Intial screening phone call and then invited for a full day. Full day interview was VERY long. Started with a presentation of my research, followed by 8 group interviews that felt like being put through a firing squad. The questions themselves weren't difficult, but having to be "on" for an 8+ hour interview was very difficult. People were very friendly and intellectually interested in myself and my research, which made the day much better.
