2 rounds. They gave me an offer which I accepted. A week later they rescinded the offer and said they didn't want to deal with the training. Then they asked the recruiter if she had any more applicants. They didn't want you saying you were looking to grow.
Quick and not relative as they don't ask you about your experience. Generally employ people recommended to them and little training/advancement afterwards.
Not very professional and get rid of good people too easily.
