Applied online through the organization's website. After application was submitted, the recruiter contacted me 4 weeks after to schedule the initial interview. The second interview was scheduled 2 days after with the hiring manager. 5 weeks after the second interview, I logged into the Spectrum's Career Dashboard to find out that I was not selected. 2 days later, I received an auto-generated email stating I was not selected for the position. Throughout those 5 weeks, I was in touch with the initial recruiter and was provided feedback as to where I was in the selection process. * After the interview with the hiring manager, I requested his email address to send in a thank you note, instead, I had to email it to the HR recruiter who would then "forward" it to the hiring manager. Found this to be odd.
