I applied online and received an email a week later to schedule a one-to-one interview. I had a nice conversation with the recruitment manager about my previous employment and skills. The usual discuss about salary and scheduling and understanding the client the project was for. No negotiation about salary, and no standard interview questions (strength/weakness/etc)
