I received a conditional offer letter from Speridian Technologies almost a year ago, but they never followed through with the onboarding. Despite repeated follow-ups, the HR team kept saying “we’ll be hiring soon”, giving me false hope for months. As a fresher, this experience was extremely discouraging — waiting endlessly without any clarity or updates made it difficult to plan my career. What’s worse is the lack of communication and transparency from their side. If they had no intention to onboard, they should have at least informed us clearly instead of ghosting candidates. Speridian Technologies really needs to improve their hiring ethics and treat candidates with respect. Wasting the time and trust of fresh graduates is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional employer.

Only three people came for the interview. Two person took the general interview round(non technical, they asked about something from our domain which from my experience they had no idea about) and after clearing this round, we went to HR round where the actual technical questions were asked.
