Ghosted by the interviewer after following up twice for an update. The interview took place almost 3 weeks ago. There is no excuse for not communicating with a candidate. Please stop posting jobs you have no intention to hire for. It's misleading to job seekers, disrespectful of their time and hurts the reputation of your business.
