Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Springer Nature (New York, NY) nel mese di lug 2008
Colloquio
The initial call-back was an hourish-long conversation, just about what I'd been doing in college, clubs, what I was doing post-college. It was with a generic HR person but she was easy enough to talk to. The actual interview was with the editor I would be reporting to. The process was simple enough, questions about my background, lots to gush about regarding the position. As long as you show that you're mildly intelligent and engaged, it's an easy process. EA turnover is fairly high.

I don't recall any one snag of a question. Fairly straightforward cookie-cutter interview.
interviewed at london, first round is the Hiring manager, then the HR, then the coopration manager. The hr is special, and tell me the clear interview process . Now i an waiting for the result.
A typical day in 2021 is very different to 2015.
Currently we work from home and it's all instant messaging and virtual meetings but we're good at keeping in touch and have all the tools we need to do our job.
When the Kings Cross office is open, we have good facilities and the people are nice. It's a global company so you my spend all your time talking with people remotely but there is a staff canteen and coffee shop so that you can also socialise with colleagues based in London.

Initial phone call with the recruiter, basic questions eg why are you interested in springer, my background. Then had a first interview in the London office with lots of STAR questions - the 2 interviewers were very nice but the interview did just feel like a long list of questions
