First, they took 2 technical rounds and then after the HR round The interview experience is very good They asked questions from Python, SQL, and general puzzles, guesstimates They also asked questions like Why sprinkler Where do you want to see yourself in the next 5 years
I have worked on building and enhancing multiple workforce management features at Sprinklr, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design workflows, and deliver user-friendly solutions. My experience has strengthened my product thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Well managed but slightly difficult questions as per the title. They do not differentiate between upper and lower management. You need to present to CTO also which is quite stressful for a product analyst
