Had a series of 3 rounds: - Screener with Head of People - Hiring Manager - Take Home Assignment (Agent Prototype + 20 min Presentation) Third round was an hour with 3 different employees. Questions were fairly standard. However, I was GHOSTED after that round with no follow-up despite multiple follow-up emails on my end. This lack of communication made me feel disregarded, especially after investing nearly 10 hours in the process, which is discouraging and unprofessional.
