I submitted an application, and a few days later, I was contacted by Human Resources. After a brief phone screening, face-to-face interviews were scheduled and then conducted with managers in my areas of interest that had openings. I interviewed with two managers, and both seemed interested in hiring me; though, I could only choose one of them. I accepted via phone and the manager escalated my acceptance to the powers that be. HR contacted me with a formal job offer and started the employment process, include W-4, I-9, Employee Handbook Acknowledgement, etc.
